Our twenty-year-long story begins with the creative soul food genius of our founder Jeanette Williams. With a location nestled in the southwest side of Houston, we have earned our household name throughout Texas and the rest of the United States. We seek lots of recognition across many publications that highlight food, like the Houston Chronicle.

We also hold onto strong family values and the support system that empowered our founder Jeanette to open the restaurant. Her children now run parts of the restaurant and continues the strong tradition that began in 2000.
